You can start your research and you will discover that there are many savvy shoppers shopping online.  When you finally find the deal that you like most, dig it a little deeper and check the feedback for the seller.  See if they are selling Unlocked Cell Phones frequently.  See if there are many positive feedbacks about their Unlocked T-Mobile Phones, Unlocked HTC Cell Phones and other unlocked phones.  Do they offer a decent cost for shipping?
